Peranakan Hokkien Noodles
 My son, Joshua helped me to julienne the ingredients.  Belachan n kalimansi - a must for Hokkien mee! I craved to eat Hokkien noodles and decide to cook the Peranakan way, we add shredded cucumber as garnishes to the Hokkien noodles. Prawn and pork stocks were added to the noodles.......not forgetting some taucheo as well!!!
