    Bruchetta with chilli olive Oil.


    Another hassle free Italian bread........since my local bakery made fresh baguettes, I made some nice bruchettas to go along with a hearty chicken stew (oops , I've forgotten to snap the stew dish).
    Added some pasta sauce to it, bacon bits, mozerella cheese and olive oil over it.....leave it in the oven for just a mere 10 mins.........Ooooh la la..........the cheese melts in yr mouth and not forgetting to add lots of crush black pepper to it!
