    Home Made Siew Mai


    Siew Mai before steaming

    I only eat home made Siew Mai.....because the ones sold at Tim Sum restaurant or hawker centres are filled only with pork and lots of lard......I've added minced fish meat, prawns, minced meat, chopped cilantro, water chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms and diced carrot.
