    Margherita pizza - in Wholewheat dough

    Home made dough

    Notice the texture of the dough after an hour of proofing

    I rolled the dough out in the lightly oiled pan and is now ready for filling.

    Toppings - pureed tomatoes, mozzerella & parmesan cheeses, crushed black pepper and chilli olive oil were drizzled to the pizza.

    After 20 mins, the Pizza is ready to be eaten

    Wholesome healthy pizza with wheat crust~~

    The Margherita is named after the nineteenth-century Queen of Italy, and is one of the most popular of all pizzas!
