Monday, April 06, 2009 Sichuan Noodles with Chilli Oil![]() ![]() I used egg noodles (fresh noodles also goes well with this recipe). Its hassle free for me and a quick lunch/dinner for my kids. I've also added some fresh cilantro (for the tangy flavour) and it makes a most platable garnish for this dish. The possibilities are virtually endless!
