Stir Fried Beef with Bittergourd in Black Bean Sauce
 I used to hate bittergourd whilst I was young...... However, as you grow older, I seeme to love bittergourd, parsley and ginger.....well, age is definitely catching up!! This was one of my dinner side dish, bittergourd & beef stir fried in black bean sauce.
