Babi Asam - Pork Braised in Tamarind Sauce

 I like the combination of assam juice & taucheo with pork belly. Give me a plate of white rice and I'll enjoy eating this dish with sliced green chillies, smeared with shrimp paste and sambal belachan! Heavenly!!!
