Gung Bao Chicken or Szechuan Chicken with Dried Chilli

 This is another popular Szechuan dish......The basic method involves stir-frying the main ingredient in a very hot oil in which dried chillies have been scorched, but you may adjust the sauce ingredients to suit your own tastes, and dry different comibination from time to time.....
