    Braised Wild Boar Meat

    Pork Terrine, Teochew Style

    This is one authentic typical Teochew style, pork terrine.........I enjoy eating this dish with porridge and the ginger infused chilli sauce. It's absolute fabulous for a cold dish too!
    There are not many places here in Singapore where you can find these two dishes - braised wild boar meat and pork terrine...one in Bugis Street and the other in Jalan Besar.
    Best eaten with lots of cilantro and cucumber slices!
