Sop Kambing (Spicy Mutton Soup, Indian Style)
 
The mutton bones or tulang (I've boiled the mutton bones and trimmed the fats)  Curry powder, tumeric Sliced onions & green chillies
Ginger & garlic paste
I love Sop Kambing with lontong or dipping the crunchy french loaves into the soup! This hearty soup is best eaten piping hot, with lots of cilantro & shallots..........this is the Indian version of Soup Tulang (bones) and mutton ribs!
